Significant Factor(s): |
The current had shifted from up stream to down stream. I adjusted for the new locations. This is a double pump back lake. You must fish this lake like a tidal river at times. |
The Story: |
Once I was hooked up with this trophy. Certain steps are taken by my fishing partner and myself.
1. I always concentrate on the bass.
2. My fishing partner maneuvers the boat into a safe fighting area.
3. My fishing partner prepares to net the bass.
4. After netting the bass. We immediately take photos unless the bass is exhausted. If she is exhausted
we will put her in our 50 gallon live well to recuperate. Then photograph the length, girth and front of the bass for identification. She is weighed, witnessed and released back into the lake. |
Comments:
This specific bass pass on. We have released hundreds of bass including a 17.13 , and an 18.10. |
